Eligibility

  • Experience in a People Partner or HRBP role, ideally within a fully-remote, fast-paced scale-up.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience of embedding the HRBP model within a People Function, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy and best practice.
  • Confident advising and building relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
  • A genuine interest in connecting people initiatives to wider business goals, with a naturally curious, solutions-focused mindset - particularly around manager capability
