Eligibility

  • Thoroughly review the project brief ticket, and all supporting materials before beginning any work to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements.
  • Client Translation Mastery: Understand and translate every client ask — from intake notes, discovery materials, and brand guidance — into the actual build.
  • User Experience: Design intuitive, engaging websites that provide an exceptional user experience and support lead generation.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance Rigorous Self-QA: Review and validate your work against the Build + Self-QA checklist before handoff.
  • Quality is built throughout the work, not inspected at the end.
  • Compliance Checks: Verify state disclosure, brokerage branding rules, and MLS/IDX display requirements before any design work is considered done.
