Summary The Senior Clinical Applications Associate provides technical and operational support for Epic applications supporting patient engagement, access, and digital front door capabilities at Baylor College of Medicine. This role partners with Access leadership and operational stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Epic functionality that improves patient communication, scheduling access, and engagement outcomes.
