About this Opportunity

The Senior Director of Fresh Grocery (Produce, Meat & Seafood) serves as the strategic leader and full P&L owner for one of our most strategic and highly visible categories. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, this role is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and end-to-end execution of our fresh grocery business.

Eligibility

  • + years of progressive leadership experience in grocery retail or fresh food operations, with at least 3 years of dedicated experience directing high-volume Fresh categories (Produce, Meat, and/or Seafood).
  • Proven Financial Accountability: Explicit, past track record managing full P&L performance for a complex fresh business line, showing deep understanding of volume, margin, and shrink management variables.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Capability: Demonstrated success operating within matrixed corporate environments, with a proven ability to
