About this Opportunity

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a (Senior) Product Engineer (Backend) based in Switzerland.

Eligibility

  • Professional experience in backend software engineering, with a strong foundation in Kotlin or Java and experience with frameworks such as Micronaut or Spring.
  • Experience developing SaaS products, ideally within an Agile and cross-functional product environment.
  • A backend specialization combined with a willingness and ability to contribute to frontend, mobile, infrastructure, or other areas when required.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools, or a strong willingness to incorporate them into your workflow.
  • Strong product mindset and ownership mentality, with a focus on understanding user problems and delivering measurable outcomes rather than simply completing technical tickets.
  • Ability to work effectively with product manage
