About this Opportunity

Here at Precision AQ we are building a Data Hub, a centralized platform team, to be responsible for consolidating legacy data infrastructure, establishing enterprise data foundation and governance and enabling AI/ML capabilities across the organization. The Data Hub is moving from strategy to execution.

Eligibility

  • 5/8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform engineering roles
  • 3+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, performance management, delivery accountability)
  • Direct experience with modern data stack: cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), transformation frameworks, orchestration tools
  • Track record of delivering complex data platform initiatives, such as migrations, consolidations, greenfield builds
  • Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
  • Be able to review code, debug production issues and make sound architectural judgements.
