Eligibility

  • –4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management (Travel, ecommerce, or Marketplace experience is a strong plus).
  • Technical Translation Skills: Proven experience working alongside marketing operations or engineering teams.
  • Strong ability to write technical requirements, understand data workflows, and articulate business logic to technical stakeholders.
  • Platform Familiarity: Strong understanding of enterprise-level CRM tools and platforms capabilities.
  • Braze is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable interpreting campaign data to extract actionable insights and report on business impact.
