Eligibility

  • –5 years building customer-facing products – ideally at companies known for software craftsmanship.
  • A proven track record of taking complex features from idea to launch.
  • Tech Skills: Strong TypeScript fundamentals with Vue or React; comfortable across browser, Node and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with containers, CI/CD and production databases.
  • AI-Native: You've shipped LLM features to real users and understand their costs and failure modes.
  • Claude Code, agents and subagents are part of your daily loop.
