Eligibility

  • We're looking for a Senior Talent Lead to take a leading role in hiring for Accounts Management, Customer Success, and Solutions roles.
  • You'll be a core member of the customer recruiting team, refining and scaling how we attract and hire exceptional talent in this space.You'll lead sourcing, outreach, pipeline development, and candidate close.
  • You'll optimise how we source and evaluate customer talent, elevate the candidate experience, and continuously sharpen what "great" looks like.
  • This is a hands-on doing role: you'll spend significant time on sourcing, screening, and relationship management.
  • As we scale, you'll refine processes and ways of working that strengthen how we hire for customer excellence.We have a talent function focused on quality and care, not volume and speed.
