Eligibility

  • you have worked hands-on with German commercial contracts, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating them, and you can hold a conversation with a General Counsel as a peer.3.
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial track record.
  • You have carried commercial responsibility for something of your own: a freelance client base, a legal tech product, or a company you started.
  • You know what it takes to win a client from a standing start and why "they did not understand the value" is never the customer's fault.
