The Academy is a two-year program designed to give you a remarkable foundation in digital marketing. Blending masterclasses with on-the-job training on our campus in Buenos Aires, you’ll develop your client facing and technical skills through working on real campaigns. We are open to a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, with a focus on STEM subjects or a proven interest in data, automation and AI outside of your studies.

What does the application process look like: 🔎

• We love testing, learning, and feedback (it's in our DNA!) so part of our process includes an online test that includes a Cognitive & Personality evaluation.

• We will invite you to a Careers & Aspirations meeting with one of our Brainlabbers to learn more about you!

• During August / September 2026 we will host a series of assessment centres. For US candidates these will be virtual, for UK & ARG candidates will be at our offices in London & BA.
