About this Opportunity

POSITION SUMMARY: Natera is looking for an Associate Director, Tax to manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of our company’s various tax and compliance filings including, state and federal income and business tax filings, international tax compliance, as well as multi-state sales and use tax returns. The ideal candidate is a team player who creates and implements tax plans, forecasts, and works with the accounting and leadership teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, tax savings, and potential areas of risk.

Eligibility

  • + years of experience as a tax manager in public accounting.
  • Have a current CPA license preferred.
  • Extensive individual and corporate tax knowledge.
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal, state and local reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with international taxation in withholding and VAT taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations.
