Eligibility
- Gain a deep understanding of the market to identify user and local moderator challenges, and market opportunities.
- Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth playbook by recognizing new opportunities, suggesting bold ideas and programs, and persuading internal teams to align on new plans.
- Build strategic plans to cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators (i.e., volunteers who develop, maintain, and shape the culture of local communities).
- Implement a conversion funnel designed to onboard power users and external creators, transforming them into active moderators.
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize and improve the international consumer growth playbook.
- Be obsessive about achieving aggressive goals and outcomes.
