Reporting Relationships • Primary Manager: COO and Co-MD
Eligibility
- –10+ years in Product, Strategy, or a closely related commercial leadership role; 3+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Technical toolkit: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- AI proficiency and curiosity required.
- ○ Experience in D2C subscription businesses — retention, lifecycle, and recurring revenue models.
- ○ Multi-market European experience and an understanding of how consumer preferences vary across the continent.
- ○ Experience in physical products or FMCG, especially food & beverage.
