Eligibility

  • + years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
  • Should have experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time Travel Readiness: Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support.
  • Proximity to Travel Hubs: Located near a major airport to support frequent national travel.
  • Must be within 60-min drive to airport.
  • Leadership Presence: Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption.
  • In-Person Agility: Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice dynamics and needs.
