About this Opportunity

THE TEAM: The Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role at Unison. We seek a real estate professional with an eye for detail who is experienced in multi-jurisdictional practice and will accelerate transactions to closing.

Eligibility

  • years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, including at mid to large-sized law firm, is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
  • Fluent with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, GIS and deed plotting software, and equipped to work remotely.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
  • Collaborative team spirit.
