Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents.

Eligibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
  • Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
  • Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.RequirementsYou Have
  • At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional co
