  • Lead the Operations Efficiency program across SharkNinja, serving as the central owner for cost savings, service improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations expense base
  • Develop and manage the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, including opportunity identification, business case development, initiative prioritization, execution tracking, risk management, and benefits realization
  • Establish clear governance, routines, and reporting mechanisms to ensure initiatives remain on track, roadblocks are escalated quickly, and leaders have visibility to progress, savings,
