Eligibility
- Hands-on experience tackling unique UX patterns for generative AI, such as designing for non-deterministic model outputs, prompt-guiding interfaces, or trust and transparency in AI-driven automation.
- Interaction & UX Foundations: You excel at handling platform complexity across multiple domains.
- You know how to translate dense data states, complex workflows, and multi-sided user funnels into simple, predictable interfaces.
- Data & Insights Driven: You value evidence over bias, routinely leveraging user research and product analytics to validate your team’s design choices.
- B2B / Marketplace Experience: A solid background or preferred experience in B2B platforms or multi-sided digital marketplaces.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
