Je stelt zelfstandig diagnose- en behandelplannen op, verricht risicostratificatie en begeleidt patiënten met uiteenlopende, complexe cardiologische beelden, zoals:Pijn op de borst (angina pectoris) en ischemische hartziekten;Hartritmestoornissen (o.a. atriumfibrilleren);Hartfalen, hypertensie en hypercholesterolemie;Hartkleplijden.Je combineert medisch-technische zorg met leefstijlgeneeskunde en langdurige opvolging.
