Summary of Position: The Production Director at NVE Experience Agency provides strategic and operational leadership across complex client programs, driving project delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Eligibility

  • + years of production experience in the experiential or event industry.
  • Experience leading multi-million-dollar client accounts, ongoing retainers or similarly complex production portfolios within an agency or production environment.
  • Proven ability to supervise multiple teams and concurrent high-profile, large-scale productions.
  • Experience overseeing both bespoke tentpole experiences and repeatable, geographically distributed field marketing activations.
  • Ability to build senior client relationships and lead cross-functional agency teams; strong judgment, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial acumen in forecasting, profitability, scope control and resource planning, with knowledge of industry best practices and compliance requirements.
