Responsibilities:· Set up and build an Engineering Department· Lead and Supervise a team (Process & Production Engineer, Maintenance operator, HPASA Engineer)· Digitalisation of the production and warehousing (Bar Code System)· Process Analysis and Improvements for existing production lines· Introduction of new products into production scale in cooperation with R&D· Introduction of new technologies on plant scale· Finding Engineering solutions for plant problems· Support & Backup for the Site Manager· Supervision/ Optimizing plant maintenance including buildings and general site· Supervision/
