Eligibility

  • –12+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
  • Technical Fluency: Advanced technical fluency; 2 Databricks Associate Certifications or 1 Professional-level Certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • AI Strategy: Proven track record of leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize large-scale program delivery and cross-functional synergy.
  • Senior Leadership: Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders (CxOs).
  • Scope: Experience successfully managing projects with teams of up to 5 people and contract values in excess of $0.5M.
