Eligibility

  • Experience leading and growing engineering teams of 10+ engineers in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Proven success managing fully remote and/or distributed engineering teams, with strong operational and communication practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Product and Design on strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions, driving alignment, and translating ambiguity into high-quality product delivery.
  • Strong technical foundation in mobile engineering, with deep expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and/or Rust.
  • Hands on technical leader with experience in mobile architecture, debugging, release management, app performance, and engineering trade offs.
