About this Opportunity

Every order a Suitsupply customer places, online, in a store, or through customer service, has to be captured, understood and carried all the way through to delivery or return. As Junior Product Manager for IT Fulfillment, you will help build and improve the services that make that happen: the order flows, data and interfaces that connect our webstore, our stores, our warehouses and our customer service teams.

Eligibility

  • + years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  • You have written functional and technical specifications, worked directly with developers, and been accountable for the detail being right.
  • The analysis craft is what we are hiring for.
  • Domain experience: That experience is in fulfillment, order management, supply chain, e-commerce or retail operations.
  • You know what an order, a shipment, an allocation and a return actually are, and what it costs operationally when one goes wrong.
  • Eye for detail: You chase the last open question rather than leaving it for someone else to find in production.
