About this Opportunity

The Senior Corporate FP&A Specialist focuses on supporting all Distalmotion entities on driving strategic management decisions through financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The role works closely with FP&A Leadership and is cross-functional with the teams’ stakeholders to track performance, analyze variances, develop financial outlooks, and support key business initiatives.The Senior Corporate FP&A Specialist has the capacity to operate autonomously and maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency in financial outputs and supports ongoing improvements to FP&A processes and re

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, in a medical device company
  • Knowledge of US GAAP financial reporting requirements
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling, accounting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
