Reporting to the Monetization Lead, you will use your analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to help maximize performance and turn strong products into top-performing titles.Manage and optimize ad monetization and performance marketing strategies across multiple networks and platforms.Analyze key metrics and A/B tests to maximize ad performance, user LTV, and overall ROI.Provide data-driven insights to enhance growth, monetization, and product decisions.Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams on SDK integrations, dashboards, and automation tools.Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices to drive continuous improvement.ProfileYou are currently enrolled in a top school business or engineering Masters degree program (Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field) and looking for a 6 months end-of-studies internshipStrong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational capabilitiesProactive problem-solving mindsetAdvanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with statistical analysis tools is an advantageCreative and innovative thinkerFluent in English, both written and spokenInterest or experience in mobile gaming and mobile ad technology ecosystem is preferredThis opportunity starts as a final-year internship, and converts to a permanent contract based on performance.BenefitsSwile Lunch voucherGymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)Wellness activities in our Paris officeFind more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
