About this Opportunity

The Role We Need PadSplit's demand engine spans Marketing, Lifecycle, Member Acquisition, and Member Success, but no one owns how these teams connect once a lead is approved, leaving us blind to where members stall on the way to a move-in and unable to see which outreach actually converts.
