Today, leading B2C companies like Sky are already using telli to deploy thousands of voice agents to provide their customers with a new experience. But building a first voice agent is easy, getting it to drive real outcomes for customers and businesses is the hard part. telli helps companies build, deploy, and improve consumer-facing AI voice agents at scale. All of us like to challenge ourselves and take real ownership over what we do, all while still staying humble and keeping a low-ego culture.Check out our principles to see how we work.missionAs the Founders’ Office Intern (Talent) at telli, you’ll work right alongside the founding team on the thing that decides how fast we grow: hiring. You’ll have a front-row seat to how an early-stage AI company builds its team and a very hands-on role in finding, assessing and closing the people who join us next. Your focus is talent, with the option to grow into broader ops and strategic projects in the founders’ office over time.what you’ll do:help us build the hiring engine behind telli’s growthspot outlier candidates through LinkedIn, Juicebox, communities, referrals and new channels you come up withwrite signal-based outreach that gets replies, and don’t take a plain “no” for an answerrun first interviews: assess fit quickly and pitch telli to the best candidatesown hiring pipelines across teams, from outreach to offer, and keep hiring managers and interviewers alignedtrack the funnel per role, spot friction like unusual drop-off rates and fix itbuild automations and AI workflows, e.g. for sourcing, messaging, interview prep and candidate coordinationhelp shape how telli shows up as an employer, through job posts, social content and eventsonce you’ve got hiring running, pick up first ops and strategic projects alongside the founders’ officework closely with Dat, Ennie & the founding teamwhat makes you a great fit:you’re hands-on and not afraid of unglamorous workyou’re open, curious and love meeting new peopleyou have an eye for what makes someone exceptionalyou can sell: you get people excited about an opportunity and handle objectionsyou take ownership, move fast and follow up with urgencyyou’re data-minded, tech- & AI-savvy and pick up new tools fastyou communicate clearly and top-down in English and Germanyou have first experience in recruiting, sales, a startup or your own projectsyou could imagine joining full-time after the internshipyou may not make a good fit if:you’ve never used AI or automation tools and aren’t keen to learnyou don’t get excited about finding the people who’ll shape telli’s next chapteryou find it hard to keep many candidates and interviewers moving at onceyou’d rather wait for instructions than pick up the phone and follow up yourselfyou’re only looking for a typical 9–5 internshipCompensation: €3K – €5K per month • €3K – €5K per monthFind more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
