How to use Split PDF
- Upload your PDF. Every page is shown as a thumbnail.
- Choose “Every page separately” to turn each page into its own PDF, or “Pick pages” and click the pages you want to keep together.
- Download the result: one PDF per page, or a single PDF with only the pages you picked.
Common uses
- Uploading only the pages a portal asks for, such as one page of a transcript
- Separating a scanned bundle of certificates into individual files
- Sending one chapter or section of a long report
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is split in your browser and never leaves your device.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied into the new files as they are, so text stays sharp and selectable. Only if a file is too damaged to copy are its pages rebuilt as images so you still get a usable result.
What is the difference between Split PDF and Organize PDF?
Split PDF is the quick way to break a file apart. Organize PDF also lets you reorder, rotate and delete pages before you save.
