Official Indian e-Visa photo requirements
- Digital image
- JPEG, at least 10 KB and at most 1 MB; height and width must be equal (square), without borders
- Face
- Full face, front view, eyes open; head centred, showing the full head from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin
- Background
- Plain light-coloured or white, with no shadows on the face or background
- Glasses
- Not allowed: the photo must be without spectacles
- Passport page
- You also upload the bio page of your passport as a PDF of 10 KB to 300 KB
