About this Opportunity
The Role We Need: PadSplit is growing rapidly, and we’re expanding our Sales team to meet increasing demand from property owners and real estate investors eager to join our mission. As we continue to scale, we need driven Account Executives who can connect new partners to the PadSplit platform and help unlock more affordable housing opportunities across the country.
Eligibility
- The base salary range for an Account Executive I is $20,000-$30,000 USD with a variable commission structure.
- Variable: $25 per room expansionOn-Target Variable Commission is 480 rooms/year, or $12,000 in variable compensation Additional Information
