Eligibility

  • 5+ years of experience in the licensing industry, with demonstrated expertise in managing licensing programs, client relationships, and contractual obligations.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer and client relations, with a proven ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships at a senior level.
  • 3+ years of management experience, including directing teams and evaluating performance against defined business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a business unit P&L and deliver against financial and strategic targets.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and working cross-functionally with Legal and Finance teams on licensing agreements and royalty processes.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment,
