The Dialer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers using an automated dialing system.

Eligibility

  • years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center roles targeting US companies.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Competitive & Goal-Oriented: Tenacious sales attitude, persistence in making high-volume outbound calls, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Service-Oriented & Relationship Building: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport, establish relationships, and provide a positive experience for potential clients.
  • Communication & Listening Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively engage prospects and address their needs.
  • Organizational & Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
