Eligibility

  • + years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
  • AI & Technical & Fluency: Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
  • You operate primarily as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding.
  • Builder Mentality: Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team.
  • Driven to live for customer value, proactively hunting and ideating for highest-impact solutions.
  • Process Improvement & Value Realization: Proven expertise in executing process improvements.
