  • Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying your own reqs in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.

  • AI is part of how you work every day, and you've built agents, skills, and workflows your team actually adopted.
  • Strong GTM network (bonus for New England) and a track record building talent communities or events that generate pipeline.
