Frequently asked questions
Can every PDF be repaired?
Most structural damage can be fixed. If the structure is too damaged, each page is rebuilt as an image so the content is visible again, but the text is then no longer selectable. A file whose page content is completely lost cannot be recovered.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The repair runs in your browser.
Can it open a password-protected PDF?
No. Repairing is not the same as removing a password; you need the password to open a protected file.
